This policy explains what information SMarkIQ ("I", "me") collects through smarkiq.us and how I use it.
Information you send me
When you use the contact form, you give me your name, your email address, your company name if you enter one, a description of what you want to build and your timeline if you choose one. I use this information only to reply to you and to talk with you about a possible project.
How the form is processed
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions are handled by a Cloudflare function and delivered to my inbox by an email service, Resend. These providers process the data only to deliver the message. To prevent abuse, your IP address may be used briefly to limit how many messages one connection can send. I don't keep it as part of your message.
Analytics
I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people view. It doesn't use cookies and isn't used to track you across other websites.
Cookies
This website doesn't set cookies for tracking or advertising.
How long I keep information
I keep your messages for as long as we're talking about a project and for a reasonable time afterward for my business records. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
Sharing
I don't sell your information, and I don't share it except with the service providers named above, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask me to see, correct or delete the information you sent. Reply to any email from me, or send a request through the contact form.
Changes
If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
